We collect information you give us directly, such as:

• Name, phone number, and email (contact form, newsletter, competition entries, orders)
• Delivery location/area, when shared for an order or competition entry
• A photo you upload if you enter our drawing competition
• Basic order details — item, price, and how you chose to order (WhatsApp or online payment)

We also automatically collect limited, non-identifying usage data (pages visited, general device/browser type) through privacy-friendly analytics, to understand how the site is used.

• To respond to enquiries and coordinate orders over WhatsApp or phone
• To process online payments and confirm your order
• To run and judge the drawing competition, and contact winners
• To send newsletter updates, if you’ve subscribed
• To improve the site and troubleshoot issues

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway. We never see or store your full card, UPI, or banking details — Razorpay handles that directly and securely. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with a transaction reference.

When you tap “Order on WhatsApp” or contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy practices in addition to this policy. We use those conversations only to coordinate your order or enquiry.

Drawing competitions may be entered by children with a parent or guardian’s involvement. Submitted photos are visible only to Food Hub’s admin team, used solely to judge the competition and contact winners, and are not shared publicly without separate consent (for example, before posting a winner announcement on social media).

We keep the information above only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — for example, to fulfill an order, respond to an enquiry, or run a competition. Our systems use encrypted connections (HTTPS), and admin access to stored data is password- and session-protected.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time — just reach out using the contact details below.

We may update this policy occasionally. Changes take effect as soon as they’re posted on this page.
