All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without prior notice. Product photos are representative — actual appearance can vary slightly since every batch is handcrafted.

This site doesn’t use a shopping cart. Each item has two ways to order:

• Order on WhatsApp — opens a prefilled WhatsApp message; your order is confirmed once we reply and agree on delivery/pickup details.
• Pay Online — pays for that single item immediately via Razorpay; we then reach out on WhatsApp to confirm delivery details.

An order is only confirmed once we’ve acknowledged it — placing a payment or sending a WhatsApp message doesn’t by itself guarantee availability or a delivery slot.

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We don’t store your card, UPI, or bank details.

We offer free delivery across Pollachi, and ship to the rest of India by courier. Delivery and shipping details are coordinated directly over WhatsApp after your order is confirmed — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

Since our products are freshly prepared, cancellation and refund eligibility is limited — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full terms.

Any competition we run (such as the drawing competition) has its own rules and prize details shown on that competition’s page. By entering, you agree to those specific rules in addition to these general terms. Winner selection is at Food Hub’s discretion and is final.

All text, photos, logos, and design on this site belong to Food Hub unless otherwise noted, and may not be reused without permission.

We take care in preparing every order, but to the extent permitted by law, Food Hub isn’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or delays outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
