Free delivery across Pollachi, coordinated directly with you over WhatsApp rather than through a third-party delivery app.

Courier shipping available across India. Message us with your pincode and what you’d like to order before paying — we’ll confirm whether the item ships well over that distance, the courier charge, and the expected transit time, since these vary by location and courier partner.

Some items travel better than others — freshly frosted or very delicate items may not be suitable for longer courier transit. We’ll always tell you upfront if something isn’t a good fit for shipping to your location, and suggest an alternative if possible.

Since everything is baked fresh in small batches rather than held as ready stock, preparation typically takes a few hours. For larger orders — gift hampers, bulk brownie boxes, or custom requests — we recommend ordering at least a day ahead.

For local Pollachi delivery, we don’t offer fixed time slots — after your order is confirmed, we’ll coordinate the delivery window with you directly over WhatsApp based on when your order is ready. For courier shipments, transit time depends on the destination and courier partner, and we’ll share an estimate before you order.

Please keep your phone reachable around the coordinated delivery time. If we’re unable to deliver locally because of an incorrect address or an unreachable number, we’ll try to reschedule, but repeated failed attempts may incur an additional delivery charge. For courier shipments, an incorrect address or an undelivered parcel returned to us may incur a reshipping charge.
